To date, CNG stations are also present in self-service mode ensuring high standards of safety and technology thanks to the solutions implemented by SAFE. The first two ENI-branded self-service stations are fully operational in Italy.
Complete vision
Realization of the control point whose placement ensures the user a complete view of the dispensing equipment. The control point allows, in complete safety, the switch between self-service and served mode.
Maximum simplicity
A key has been provided that enables or disables the on/off button, which is connected to the dispenser head: the “remote” control adjusts the button to the “on” option by enabling the self-service mode; otherwise, the “local” control adjusts the button to the “off” mode by disabling the self-service mode.
Full Security
Proper safe operation of refueling is ensured by: signaling devices on the proper use of the nozzle along with safety signs with flow pattern, layout of the dispensing facility, and emergency controls on the dispenser.

Latest-generation dispensers:
ESP model with NGV1 connection featuring two connections and two mass meters capable of measuring the actual mass of gas in kilograms dispensed into the vehicle regardless of pressure, temperature and gas density values.
Dispensing in self-service mode is ensured by an automatic connection between the control point column and the ON/OFF button that operates the dispenser.
