Our mechanical compressors are designed to operate with pure hydrogen, ensuring high performance, maximum safety and simplified maintenance. Available in modular configurations, they are ideal for on-site plants, filling stations and industrial hubs.

Our latest generation of hydraulic compressors for hydrogen are 100 %Oil free. They are equipped with the latest generation spacer (Long Distance Piece), which prevents the oil from dragging into the gas stream.

VIRTUAL PIPELINE
SAFE solutions for mobile hydrogen transport include compressors, loading systems and high-pressure containers. Ideal for distribution in areas not connected to the grid, they guarantee logistical flexibility and continuity of supply.

Virtual Pipeline: Mother & Daughter


The Mother Station is the starting point of the Virtual Pipeline: here hydrogen is compressed and loaded into high-pressure containers. SAFE designs complete stations with high-performance compressor systems, control and safety units, ready to be integrated with storage and transport modules.


The compressed hydrogen is transported in ADR-certified containers, designed to optimize volume, pressure and safety. Logistics is designed to ensure continuity of supply even in isolated areas or without grid connection. Flexibility and speed in any context.


In the SAFE Daughter Station, hydrogen is unloaded and made available for distribution or local use. The system is equipped with decompression, filtering and measurement units, and can directly supply industrial consumers, vehicle fleets or refuelling stations.


All phases of the Virtual Pipeline can be monitored via a remote system, with notifications and data accessible 24 hours a day. Each plant is designed to operate in compliance with ATEX regulations and international directives on the safe management of hydrogen.
Grid injection


SAFE provides complete systems for hydrogen injection into natural gas networks. Precise flow control is via integrated valves, meters and PLCs. Our solutions guarantee compatibility with different blending percentages, in compliance with network standards.


The systems are prepared for integration with existing infrastructures and can be equipped with MID-certified measuring instruments, analysis devices and environmental sensors. This allows continuous monitoring of the quality of the gas injected, increasing efficiency and transparency.
