Project Manager

The resource will be responsible for planning and supervising the progress of company orders in the various stages of implementation in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives through the completion of the order and delivery in compliance with the expected times, costs and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Project Manager collaborates transversally with all company functions and is responsible for the correct planning, execution, monitoring and control of the assigned orders.
- Collaborates with the PM Manager in overseeing the estimate of each area’s effort (in terms of materials, resources needed, and duration of each activity) required to complete each required activity.

Electrical Hardware Specialist
SAFE SPA, a world leader in the design and production of custom systems for the compression of CNG, RNG and hydrogen for commercial and industrial applications. The resource will be responsible for carrying out and coordinating the electrical design of the systems in line with the customer’s needs, providing the order specifications and approving the project, if it is carried out by external suppliers. He/she will also have to supervise the assembly activities within the plants, participate in the testing of the complete systems and provide support and consultancy to other company departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Verification of the design documents created by the project group and definition of the machine board and layout of the compression system.
- Actively collaborate with the Software team to define the operating logic of the plant.
- Provide support to electrical fitters during wiring installation.
- Interface and collaboration with Innovation and R&D for the development of new products.
- Collaboration with the Service, Purchasing, Quality and Production team for the scouting of new suppliers and qualification of external suppliers.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in electrical engineering
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in the role and, specifically, in the design of electrical control schemes and panels

The resource, reporting to the SAFE Commercial Director, will be responsible for the Commercial development of SAFE with a focus on HYDROGEN applications. The Manager will have a key role in the design, implementation and support of hydrogen-based solutions for SAFE customers and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the H2 segment, following the Company strategic plan defined by the Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The resource sought will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities by actively participating in achieving the turnover objectives for the SAFE application of the H2 world at an international level.
- He/she will collaborate with country managers to understand and anticipate local needs and support them in the search for business opportunities by actively participating in the achievement of the company sales budget in synergy with the Sales Management.

Service Key Account Manager

The resource, reporting to the Head of Service, will be responsible for the Service management of SAFE’s strategic customers, with the aim of ensuring adequate management of the post-sales experience, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and guaranteeing a high level of customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively collaborates with Head of Service and other company functions in proposing and defining new Service Level Agreements to be implemented in the product portfolio.

The resource, reporting to the Planning Team Leader, will be responsible for effectively planning activities and resources, in order to ensure product availability (spare parts) in line with required lead times and stock objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of the spare parts sales order portfolio via MRP, support to the planning team in the RdA issuing activity for the purchase of materials, semi-finished products and subcontracting in accordance with internal and external LTs
- Planning of production orders in accordance with production capacity constraints and production criticalities by creating and maintaining production cycles of finished and semi-finished products by releasing and managing production orders on SAP

Duties & Responsibilities
- The resource will be responsible for the execution and management of start-ups, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of systems at SAFE customers, both Italian and foreign, and will provide technical support and assistance, both remotely and in the field, in collaboration with other company functions.
- Organizes, manages and carries out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the systems at customers in Italy and abroad, coordinating any supply of spare parts and/or supply of services by assistance centres and partners.
- Provides telephone and telematic support to the customer/remote assistance center.
- Responsible for training and instructing the client’s staff on technical/maintenance aspects.
- Collaborates with partners and local service centers ensuring compliance with contractual supply conditions and correct reporting of interventions.
