The resource will be responsible for planning and supervising the progress of company orders in the various stages of implementation in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives through the completion of the order and delivery in compliance with the expected times, costs and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Project Manager collaborates transversally with all company functions and is responsible for the correct planning, execution, monitoring and control of the assigned orders.
• Collaborates with the PM Manager in overseeing the estimate of each area’s effort (in terms of materials, resources needed, and duration of each activity) required to complete each required activity.
• Analyse les risques potentiels pour le projet, prépare les actions de réponse à chaque risque et intervient de manière préventive.
• In case of detection of anomalous trends in the project and/or misalignment between commercial requests and Operation capabilities, analyze the situation with the actors involved and introduce the necessary corrective measures.
• He is responsible for managing the relationship with Customers in terms of relationships and projects for specific orders, with the exception of the negotiation aspect which is the responsibility of sales.
• Analysis and supervision of project progress and closing costs.
• Analysis and supervision of the costs of progress and closing of the order. It works to promote teamwork aimed at implementing the exchange of knowledge and pursuing continuous improvement objectives.
• Collaborates effectively and proactively with colleagues to spread a customer-oriented corporate culture and to promote and implement cooperation between the various internal entities in a team perspective.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent culture.
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in the role at industrial companies organized by order is required.

The resource will be responsible for carrying out and coordinating the electrical design of the systems in line with the customer’s needs, providing the order specifications and approving the project, if it is carried out by external suppliers. He/she will also have to supervise the assembly activities within the plants, participate in the testing of the complete systems and provide support and consultancy to other company departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Verification of the design documents created by the project group and definition of the machine board and layout of the compression system.
• Actively collaborate with the Software team to define the operating logic of the plant.
• Provide support to electrical fitters during wiring installation.
• Interface and collaboration with Innovation and R&D for the development of new products.
• Collaboration with the Service, Purchasing, Quality and Production team for the scouting of new suppliers and qualification of external suppliers.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in the role and, specifically, in the design of electrical control schemes and panels
• Knowledge of the Atex directive 2014/34/EU for environments at risk of explosion and the machinery directive 2006/42/EC
• Good knowledge of product standards such as EN60079 and EN 60204
• Basic knowledge of plant P&IDs
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, SAP
• Good knowledge of the English language

The resource, reporting to the SAFE Commercial Director, will be responsible for the Commercial development of SAFE with a focus on HYDROGEN applications. The Manager will have a key role in the design, implementation and support of hydrogen-based solutions for SAFE customers and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the H2 segment, following the Company strategic plan defined by the Management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The resource sought will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities by actively participating in achieving the turnover objectives for the SAFE application of the H2 world at an international level.
• He/she will collaborate with country managers to understand and anticipate local needs and support them in the search for business opportunities by actively participating in the achievement of the company sales budget in synergy with the Sales Management.
• It will work in synergy with customers to understand their specific needs and develop customized hydrogen compression solutions that meet their requirements through technical assessments and feasibility studies for H2 application and in different Industries, e.g. transportation, manufacturing, power generation, etc.
• He will deal with Networking within the hydrogen industry, knowing its regulatory requirements, to seize market trends and business opportunities.
• He will participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to share knowledge and promote the benefits of H2 applications.
• It will be his responsibility to anticipate and analyze the trends of the reference market, estimating the market needs in terms of product, technology and services.
• The manager will support the positioning of SAFE on the Italian reference market and the growth of the brand through the development and implementation of strategic marketing shared by the Sales Management.

The resource, reporting to the Commercial Director of SAFE, will be responsible for commercial development with a particular focus on RNG, Biogas | Biomethane for the management of the Italian market following the Company strategic plan defined by the Management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The resource sought will be responsible for achieving the objectives in terms of turnover for the SAFE application of the RNG world in Italy by researching and creating new business opportunities by promoting the acquisition of new customers, actively participating in achieving the company sales budget in synergy with the Sales Management.
• He will be responsible for managing the entire sales process: from research to customer acquisition through the creation of a profitable relationship of trust by understanding their deep needs.
• It will also provide technical consultancy through collaboration with other SAFE departments for the preparation of offers by managing the negotiation phases and the preparation of contracts and agreements.

The resource, reporting to the Head of Service, will be responsible for the Service management of SAFE’s strategic customers, with the aim of ensuring adequate management of the post-sales experience, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and guaranteeing a high level of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively collaborates with Head of Service and other company functions in proposing and defining new Service Level Agreements to be implemented in the product portfolio.
• Sviluppa una relazione tecnico/commerciale con i clienti al fine di garantire un puntuale e preciso monitoraggio, esecuzione e mappatura di tutte le istanze connesse al Service / Post-vendita.

• He is responsible for preparing Service offers for all customers (strategic and non-strategic), in accordance with company directives.

Skills & Abilities

• Previous experience of 2-3 years in the role.
• Applications from PM but with strong exposure to customers or applications with commercial experience with a strong technical connotation are also positively evaluated.
• Experience in the O&G plant engineering, packaging, automatic machinery sector, preferably in a service & customer oriented environment.

The resource, reporting to the Planning Team Leader, will be responsible for effectively planning activities and resources, in order to ensure product availability (spare parts) in line with required lead times and stock objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analysis and monitoring of the spare parts sales order portfolio via MRP, support to the planning team in the RdA issuing activity for the purchase of materials, semi-finished products and subcontracting in accordance with internal and external LTs
• Planning of production orders in accordance with production capacity constraints and production criticalities by creating and maintaining production cycles of finished and semi-finished products by releasing and managing production orders on SAP
• Coordination of logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring monitoring of the stock levels of products and materials needed for production processes, checks the progress of the various phases of manufacturing/production processes, verifying compliance with the agreed delivery dates, activating, if necessary, appropriate corrective actions
• Updating internal performance indicators by working on assigned objectives and coordinating any special projects in synergy with your Manager, developing teamwork with the entire Company structure aimed at pursuing continuous improvement objectives.

The resource will be responsible for the execution and management of start-ups, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of systems at SAFE customers, both Italian and foreign, and will provide technical support and assistance, both remotely and in the field, in collaboration with other company functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The resource will be responsible for the execution and management of start-ups, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of systems at SAFE customers, both Italian and foreign, and will provide technical support and assistance, both remotely and in the field, in collaboration with other company functions.
• Organizes, manages and carries out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the systems at customers in Italy and abroad, coordinating any supply of spare parts and/or supply of services by assistance centres and partners.
• Provides telephone and telematic support to the customer/remote assistance center.
• Responsible for training and instructing the client’s staff on technical/maintenance aspects.
• Collaborates with partners and local service centers ensuring compliance with contractual supply conditions and correct reporting of interventions.
• Where required, it provides testing assistance alongside dedicated technicians, even during the execution of the FAT.
• Works in coordination with the Engineering, PM and Sales departments and with the Head of Service for the definition and implementation of any technical updates or changes, ensuring the correct and timely updating of the project technical documents.
• Prepares reports, RCA and minutes of activities on site or remotely, updating the management systems in reference to the specific asset.
